Career Vision was founded by Giorgio Migliaccio in 2007 after experiencing his own career crisis.

Like many executives, after a successful corporate career, he found he was in a rut and lacked clear direction about his future. After undergoing some challenging self-evaluation, he determined that his purpose was to help others navigate through the trying and confusing task of managing their careers. Giorgio seeks to help transform peoples ideas about career and allow them to live their lives more fully in and through their careers. Through passion and engagement, he helps create vision and clarity from cloudiness, confusion and inaction, transforming lives one day at a time, for all time. Having lived through this himself, he is well placed to deliver these goals.

Giorgio has close to 20 years’ experience in sales management, and in leading, coaching, mentoring and motivating teams for organisations such as Thomson Learning, Macmillan and the Australian Stock Exchange. He brings with him international experience having worked in the United Kingdom in the niche recruitment field of interim management where he worked closely with board level executives of the BOC Group, The Abbey and De La Rue. Giorgio has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Management, Graduate Certificate in Careers Education from RMIT and a Masters in Career Development from Edith Cowan University.
